Duwamish Shipyard

Duwamish Shipyard, Inc. is located on the west shore of the Duwamish River in Seattle, Washington. The yard services commercial vessels – about 60-70 per year – including tug boats, barges, fishing boats, passenger ferries, and some pleasure craft.

Repairs performed at the Duwamish Shipyard include steel fabrication, painting, carpentry, sand blasting, electrical and machine work, pipe fitting, and pressure washing. Two steel dry docks and a graving dock are part of the facilities.
